The deck was created by a Chinese designer for 2023 Chinese New Year (Year of the Rabbit). This is the fourth of a series of CNY decks. The Rabbit deck was printed by U.S. Playing Card Co. in Erlanger.

The deck has 52 cards, three custom jokers and one gaff card.
